In December 2011, EFS Transportation Services and Transportation Clearing House, LLC (TCH) merged and the new entity became Electronic Funds Source, LLC, (EFS). In October of this year, Electronic Funds Source acquired T-Chek Systems, Inc. bringing additional synergies and strong industry experience. Combined, these companies have been providing payment services to the industry for 50 years.
